"Myths are not lies," Tolkien countered, among the swaying trees of Magdalen Grove. Materialistic progress leads only to the abyss, Tolkien said, but the myths we tell reflect a fragment of the true light. He argued the Christ story functions as a myth, just like the Scandinavian myths they had loved, with one difference: The Christian myth was true.

Whose are? None of us are perfect, but seriously, Joey's relatively youngish and finding his feet.

I didn't find it particularly disturbing or amusing, but at least he's using his spare time well, and not mugging people in parks.

Joey keep up the work and stay out of parks at night.

Actually I like Joe's posts. He has guts and that I admire. He honestly admits that he does not understand everything and tries to become wise by asking what the herd will call stupid questions. He knows that the herd will say that his quest ions are absurd. However, his posts ( at least to me, are bold and intelligent, yes I disagree with most of them).
For example, is God moral because its God's arbitrary decision or because God must submit to a higher moral authority.
I am an intellectual sophisticate, big whoop!  However, most intellectual progress has happened because of

It stars a guy named Joey, is sponsored by ArnoldAttic films, includes links to Joey Arnold's facebook page, a couple of the videos on the page have the same image JoeyArnold is using for his avatar, and those same videos are making nonsense statements about oatmeal.

Yes, this must be the same JoeyArnold.

Now that I think of it, there is one person who Joey reminds me of very much. If you are brave (I'm not linking it), search for "interview in bed" with the surfers.

So do I.

Most of my videos are unfinished. In others, my videos are even worse than what I do on TOL. And you thought I was dumb enough on TOL. It gets even worse. I don't recommend my videos to anybody. I wish that my videos were better. But all of my videos are unfinished. They are garbage. If I had the money, I'd try fixing my videos. I'm sorry. What I say on TOL is bad enough.

I believe I got potential. But I don't think anybody has seen it yet. I doubt that anybody knows what I'm capable of. I don't care what people may say. I get pretty sad sometimes thinking about how old I am. I am so old but I am so far behind in my journey. I got so many things I want to do in order to make the world a better place.

My heart is broken in two.

I seriously thought it was adorable. If you want I'll close this thread. If I can.

Sorry.

Just went to erase the youtube video but heck it's been quoted over and over again.
