Honorary Exception.

Honorary Exception.

I'm not qualified to be an English Teacher because I'm lacking required diplomas, certificates, degrees, qualifications, such as a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Education, or teaching certificates like those of TEFL, TESOL, and other such qualifications.

I do have experience. I have been teaching English for the past 9 months. I have been a life teacher for the past 10 years.

Schools will not hire me because I do not have the specific qualifications that they desire, never mind the fact that I am a native-speaker. I should be given an "Honorary Degree or Exception."

there are already a lot of meetings here on CS that is comparable to an English club. there are weekly meetings on Tuesday and Sundays. both are well attended. plus a lot of clubs already in place and you can find out about them on Facebook group pages
The cheaper the club the better. The more interactive, the better. Some clubs are located where the beverages are priced higher than normal. I regard each district as a separate city because, demographically, each district is a little different. Some districts have more college students who are interesting in enhancing their English skills.

Are there ever English Clubs at parks? Apart from the parking and food, clubs at parks could be free.

Some clubs cost 5,000 VND + a purchase of a drink or 15,000 VND (if you don't buy a drink) per night.

Some of those prices are fair when compared to how much you might pay to learn English at an English Center, which could be around 400,000 VND per hour at times.

They sometimes make native English speakers like me pay money to go to some of the English Clubs in Saigon. They should pay us money.

English Clubs needs a good dose and balance of variety between interactive games, activities, that utilizes games, sings, videos, pictures, quizes, conversations over tea, and other elements.

Some districts have more English opportunities than others, and some districts have less interesting in improving their English. We should draw a demographic map that can show the locations of English opportunities that are represented in dots on the map mixed with colors that can show how many people are interested in each district.

Ok. That Original Oatmeal is right. It's coffee-shop business that some so-named English Clubs are running. Choose a covenient park in the city center, muster English speaking force, then our way from there.
You can trust me, I am Secondary Oatmill, I am non-native English speaker but my English is natural like the native's.
