Scotty Dinh Julien Dupont was driving like any other vietnamese person.. i don't fault the guy.. Its the cops fault. When you driving the wrong direction and geting away with it, are you really breaking the law? I always blame on the cops or the Sun when I get pull over.

Scotty Dinh I want you to love the guy! He need loving! In America a kid growing up like this are usally is taken away from a mother and father that can not provide a clean house and a suitable care for the kid. He does show sign of learning difficulties and his parents can not provide the proper care. Sometimes the kids fall thru the system and is ignored by the Government.

Always have small money with you, hide 500k away, they won't hesitate to take a look at pick it out of your wallet. Speak some strange nonsense languages, it helps sometimes. If not, just give them 200k and save your time
