Recently, there are many tourists were traped and cheated a lots of money when they met and made friend in the street.<br>
Suspects & Culprits: Many Filipinos and Filipinas come to Vietnam with tourist visa or free to travel but in fact they do criminal job by making friend in the street, park or cafe.<br>
Their tricks: Ask you whatever then talk in a very friendly manner than invite you to their home or restaurant, hotel then invite you to play gamble. At first they all give you win the game then ask you to play with higher money, bet then win you back with their tricky jobs. Finally, they force you to turn out all of money, camera, phone, watch or following you to ATM to withdraw cash, ect.<br>
There are many tourists were traped in HCMC and Hanoi, some of cases were caught in hands by police but many Japanese and European tourists were lose a lot. Therefore please pay attenttion when talk and follow anyone strangers in the street and share this to your friends.<br>

Tips to know the Filipinos/as:<br>
- They are almost older than 35, look darker than Vietnamese, Speak English Fluently, They often stand and wait you at the main streets in the city or 23.9 park, Taodan park, cafe at backpacker areas or the headquater street in Hanoi.<br>
- They always lie to you that they come from Malaysia, Indonesia, Singapore, ect. almost Asian countries.<br>
- Behave very friendly and polite even talk bad things about the locals to gain your affection... then invite you go whereever they can fool you.<br>

Please share those infomation to your friends to avoid the street criminals when travel in Vietnam.<br>

It is called gambling. It is not their fault if you are gambling. It is your fault. The more important issue is about personal responsibilities in life. We are not here to talk about whether they are right or wrong. They might be wrong for gambling. I do not gamble. i do not recommend gambling. However, the more important issue is bout each one of us.
Each individual has the fundamental freedom and rights to do what he or she wants to do.
If you jump into fire then you will burn up. You are going to burn. It will hurt. DO not blame the fire for hurting you. That is what the fire does. The fire will take everything from you like people do. The fire will take all your clothes and all your money. It will burn up in the fire.
Gambling is like fire. You will lose everything. Gambling is not a joke. My father gambled away inheritance money from my mother's deceased relative. Many times, we almost got evicted from our homes because my father would gambling drink everything away.
Do not gamble.
That is how you avoid the fire.

This information is called common sense. These kinds of things happen in every single country in the world. You do not need to avoid people. You just need to make better decisions in life to avoid dangerous risks like gambling. It is not their fault that you are gambling. If you lose a gambling game, you have to go to the ATM and give them money because you lost. That does not make them bad people. They are abiding by the rules. Those are the rules of gambling. If you lose, you pay. That is normal.

My neighbors were Filipinos in the USA. I love them and they are great people. They are not all liars. Anybody can lie and cheat. But when you are gambling, it is expected. Gambling is a real game. If you gamble with me, i will do the same thing. I will take all of your money if I win because I won and those the rules. I will drag you to an ATM because those are the rules.
