I went to Hoa Huong Doung on Pham Ngu Lao with a friend afew weeks ago & I recognized his face. I kept well clear. He is here and from what I could tell.... seems a tad lonely. Head to one of the many Churches Joey, Kim etc. They will be your friend im sure. Hope you find what your looking for.
