    Original Oatmeal You want to refrain people from talking to foreigners? You want to disable the Vietnamese people from improving their English with those whose mother-tongue is English? You would rather that non-English speaker practice English with each other? What is the point of learning English if you do not like foreigners? What is the point of learning the language when you actively put down and abuse the quality from the aliens?
