It costs 200 usd/room/person/month including electricity bills, water bills, apartment service fees, internet or wifi, motorbike parking, sharing kitchen, sharing washing machine. I found a room in the Binh Thanh District, which is even closer to District 1, for around $100 USD and I might be moving into this room. But $200 USD is still cheaper than most rooms.
