 Hi guys, I'm Saigonese but have no idea of what good and cheap hotel in town, I have a friend who is girl want to stay in 5 days, any suggestion, in Pham Ngu Lao or dist 1 would be nice!
She can pay for the price of 200k/day.

Well, it's a little bit hard to find good hotel 200k/night. But i know 2 hotels is good and cheap price.
_ Hai Ha Hotel is 78 Bui Vien street, D1
_Thieh Hong Hotel is 241/34 Pham Ngu Lao street. D1
And i remember some hotels are near Thien Hong Hotel what is quite cheap. Maybe your friend can find a cheap hotel with 200k/night there

Go to the district Binh Thanh, which is across a small river just north of District 1. Things are cheaper there. You can find cheaper hotels there.
