I hope you're having a funday sunday!
I have been reading the Power of Now and it has really appealed to me. I would like to meet up with others who have read it and would like to talk about it. We can discuss the ideas in it, your reaction to it and we can practice some of the meditation techniques proscribed in the book. It will be quite a deep conversation so come with some ideas.
If you haven't read it, you are invite to come and listen and offer your ideas about it.
I find it's best just to say a time and stick to it. If you really want to come and the time and date doesn't suit you please say.
