I want to know why the USA military was in Vietnam. I am doing a college research paper about this. Please email and Facebook me atOriginalOatmeal@Gmail.com. Call and text me at (84) 0-163-425-1695. Find me on Facebook with my email OriginalOatmeal@Gmail.com. My Skype is Original Oatmeal.
My questions are sincere and real. Please understand that questions are not always rhetorical. These questions are not statements and they are not negative questions either. I am asking about history and about the purpose, the motives, the reasoning, the why, in the history. I am not accusing anybody of anything.
I am not here writing about my point of view. I am not talking about my opinions. I am not conservative. I am not a republican. I am not liberal. I am not a democrat. I do not hate the United States. I do not hate Vietnam. I do not hate anybody. I love everybody. i care about everybody.
I am a historian. I am doing research. I am asking for facts. I want to understand better the details to the things that has happened in the past.
Sometimes, people tell us things about the past, but then we fail to do our own homework on the topics. In doing so, we miss some of the fine details that better paint what really happened. We need to ask more questions in life. We cannot let other people tell us what to think about anything.
I am trying to stay as neutral as possible about these issues. I am not saying one way or another about what happened. I am not exactly a fan of socialism or communism. I am more a fan of democracy.
Life is much bigger than we can ever imagine. Please take the time to better understand your past so that you can better understand yourself of where you are now, which will lead to helping you go to where you need to go in life.
Please find me. We can talk about these things more. We do not have to talk about these things more. we can talk about anything really. There are so many things we can do. But here is my contact information. Please meet me if you want.
Yours truly,
Joey Arnold

See my comment on your "south Vietnam was NOT a rebellion" thread.
ReplyDeleteI think you would greatly benefit from viewing this exchange (all 7 parts, roughly 45 minutes).

Jeremy, you are wrong. There was a Vietnamese civil war. If there was not a civil war, they would not call one of their holidays the Reunification Day. You cannot unify a country that was never divided. If Vietnam was divided, then that is why they have the Reunification Day and that is why it was the Vietnam Civil War as well. If Vietnam was not divided, then it was not a civil war and they should not call it a Reunification of a country that did not need to be unified. Why didn't southern and northern Vietnam surround the United States and defeat them sooner? Why did that not happen?
