The cheaper the club the better. The more interactive, the better. Some clubs are located where the beverages are priced higher than normal. I regard each district as a separate city because, demographically, each district is a little different. Some districts have more college students who are interesting in enhancing their English skills.
Are there ever English Clubs at parks? Apart from the parking and food, clubs at parks could be free.
Some clubs cost 5,000 VND + a purchase of a drink or 15,000 VND (if you don't buy a drink) per night.
Some of those prices are fair when compared to how much you might pay to learn English at an English Center, which could be around 400,000 VND per hour at times.
They sometimes make native English speakers like me pay money to go to some of the English Clubs in Saigon. They should pay us money.
English Clubs needs a good dose and balance of variety between interactive games, activities, that utilizes games, sings, videos, pictures, quizes, conversations over tea, and other elements.

We should draw a demographic map that can show the locations of English opportunities that are represented in dots on the map mixed with colors that can show how many people are interested in each district.
