    • Drink&Talk English Speaking Club Well no one lied to you bud. Marshall was there and he saw that FB on your laptop was working well. The internet at that coffee shop isn't strong enough, especially when you were sitting inside an air-conditioned room. Wifi just seems hard to get through that door.

    • Original Oatmeal No. Wrong. You are wrong. i had to do something to get Facebook to work. I specifically asked if Facebook works without the need for downloading programs or changing numbers in the setup of how the computer connects to the internet.

      The wifi works fine. The wifi is not the issue. Most places have this average wifi signal strength. I am only speaking of a technicality. If people want to get better at English, at communication, at details, then they should remember what I am trying to say.

      At some cafes, you do not have to do anything to access Facebook, but at KFC and at this cafe, you do have to do something. You may want to say "That's common sense that is assumed," but it is still something that should be addressed.

      If somebody wants to get on Facebook at your wifi, just kindly remind them that they can use programs, proxy websites, or they can input the following into the setup (into the DNS, or the wording varies from computer to computer): 208.67.222.222, 208.67.220.220.
