- Hi all,
My girlfriend and I have decided to stay in Vietnam for a couple of years so I'll be offering to teach English, Vietnamese, and/or Science subjects as a part-time job. I would like to teach only those who are eager to learn and with certain level of seriousness. I graduated from Oxford University, Melbourne University and UC Los Angeles with more than 3 years of teaching experience ranging from science to language subjects for students at various age groups.
If anyone is interested please message me. I prefer to meet up in person for a drink and to discuss about your specific needs, as well as for you to verify about me as your potential teacher/tutor. If we get along well I would be happy to share with you my travel stories as bonus. :)
Note: Please don't message me to ask unthoughtful questions, eg: how much it costs. This will depend on many factors such as the quality you would expect, the number of lessons/hours per week, how much I like you, etc.
Best,
Leo - Hi! I've ben here for over a year now and it is time that I learn how to say more than "hello", order beer, ask "how much" and call someone "monkey" or "hippo" haha. I plan to take a university class in the summer, but first I hope to find a tutor to teach me the basics (alphabet, reading, tones,,, the basic basic BASICS ~ha). So, does anyone know a proper tutor -like, a real one? I have many viet friends who said they can help, but I think i need someone with a good ear for correction and patient heart!! ha! Please let me know if you have any info on a tutor and the hourly fee/rates. Cheers!
