Nothing, he's just a guy with sincere intention to stay and benefit the community. He may of shown some off-beat behavior, but does it really matters. You have a lot of homeless insane people on streets, some people piss in tree stumps or into walls along some main streets; which is more decent than Joey's acting, isn't it? So please stop that band wagon bully against a lonely guy!
