Looking For a Room in Vietnam

I am looking for an apartment today. I will walk around District 1. I may stay at a hotel for 100.000 VND tonight. I may find a room in a cheaper district. I want my own washer, free wifi, free water to drink, fridge, oven, microwave, toilet, sink, shower, bed, TV. I think that is all I need. I guess it depends on the price. I will walk around with two huge bags on my back. I will walk around for hours until I find a place. I will also look for a mountain bike to buy. Joey Arnold

Original Oatmeal You would not have to pay for gas and parking. You also have to pay money when your motor-bike breaks. Motor-bikes cause pollution, are expensive, noisy, heavy, and a silly thing to rely on.

Original Oatmeal Mountain bikes go just as fast as motor-bikes during rush hour. Many people in Vietnam ride their bikes slow. They should learn how to peddle faster like I do in the United States. You can go over 20 Kilometers per hour on a bicycle. Do not underestimate bikes. Do not let the government lie to you and keep you in this bondage of poverty. Leave the world of socialism and embrace capitalism and free markets and fiar trades and fair competitions.
