I try explaining my fear of moths but people just don't understand. NO ONE UNDERSTANDS ME — with Emily Ward and 3 others.

  Lee Ann Gross Um.ok. Grace Sheppard.. you are NOT alone. Lil' Miss Lily is absolutely terrified of moths! Serious beans. Uuuuhhh-FRAID of them!! So I am one (who may not get the "why" of it but...) completely understands the reality of the fear.

  Christopher Ward One time on my way to work a moth started flapping really fast by my neck/ear. I was shouting and swatting and swerving ALL OVER the road. Finally I bombed in to a parking lot going like 40 mph. Slammed on he brakes, jumped out and was dance-freaking out, still swatting my neck. When I finally got rid of it, I looked up and there was a cop who was parked in the parking lot. watching for speeders or something. But we just waved at each other. I probably looked like a psycho to him, though.

  Original Oatmeal Moth Woman to the rescue. Not to be confused with Bat Woman, which is a story of a woman who was so scared of bats that she started having an affair with Bat Man. Yea, you thought I was going to say that she would start fighting crime but she is too cool for that.
  
  Bat Woman eventually perseveres since our weaknesses can become our strength. Moths can be scary for anybody. What we need is courage. Moth are like girls. I'm scared to death of girls because they can break hearts, but I still talk to them.
  
  Last time I checked, moths can't break hearts like a woman's feary of man-eating soup.
