Can
I buy a house in Vietnam and start a business there? How much do small
houses cost? Can you buy just a room? Are you allowed to sell things
from hotels or rooms or houses? Are you allowed to buy things in
Vietnam? It seems that most people only rent and borrow in Vietnam. I
work teaching English in HCM. I am still trying to find a new room or
hotel that is in District 1 or close enough that is as cheap as
possible. But I think buying is better than renting.
Can you buy land in Vietnam? Can you buy cars and buildings or parts of buildings? Buying something means you own it and that you do not have to rent it because it is yours and the government cannot take it from you if you truly own it. Some people may not understand the concept of buying. I am still trying to find a phone too.
I bought a phone in the USA for 200.000 VND and it worked so much better than the phone I bought in Vietnam for 400.000 VND. That does not make sense. People make less money in Vietnam. Vietnam do not have to import their phones and other products from other countries. If they do ship from China, you can walk to China from Vietnam, which meanings import would cost less than flying it to the USA. So, I am still trying to figure out why the phone I bought in Vietnam broke. I will try to buy a new one if it is cheap enough and good enough. I want to buy a phone in Vietnam for 100.000 VND. I want to live in a room or hotel for 700.000 VND per month. I want to buy a 100.000 VND bike. People make less money in Vietnam than USA. This means that Americans can afford higher prices. How are people in Vietnam suppose to afford the higher prices? I am also trying to get my stuff that I left at this restaurant Papa Foods in Bac Ninh, Vietnam. I also want to start my own English Center and an art store where we would sell nice T-shirts with cartoons on them and cool earrings and other cool things.
Meet me. Be my friend. I can teach you English. You could teach me things. Talk to me. Write to me. You could help me with any of these things. I have been in Vietnam for the past 4 months. It is the 6th of April 2013 right now. I first got here on the 29th of November 2012. I was up in Hanoi and now I am in Saigon right now for the next year or two. I may stay in Ho Chi Minh City for the rest of my life. I am not married yet.
I want to be close to basketball, internet, Lotteria, food, people, games, learning, and all sorts of things. I want the cheapest coolest place possible. I like to draw, write, sing, dance, invent, teach, counsel, design websites, make movies, act, film, direct, create, art, play guitar, play piano, write songs, karaoke, adventures, basketball, sports, video games, word games, board games, hanging out with people, trying new things, going on adventures, trying new foods, exploring, and so many more things.
