Hi all CS in HCMC/ Vietnam,
Iam a Vietnamese, but currently working in Makati city, the Philippines. Here is my think:
When i have off day, i join many activities here such as: traveling, do volunteer, sharing something with other CS in Manila, and happily to help/support some Vietnamese who travel to the Philippines. For nearly 8 months, i recognized CS in Manila is very laid back, friendly, and love doing party alot alot, WARM welcome to any foreigners - that is the KEY to attract more tourist and keep good memoriable in their soul when they back home. And look back to HCMC's CS, i know our economy is not good right now (it effected to CS alot) but we should do something (better than do nothing, right?) to attract more tourist to come and travel in Vietnam. If we did it WELL, we could solve the RUMOUR " Vietnamese is not friendly with tourists", and the other hand, you can improve your english and exchange the culture together, and if you could host them, so one day you traveled to their country, they would do it back to you as well. And dont FORGET the key: host - DIVERSE ACTIVITIES - help them as much as you can,........If anyone have idea, let's discuss here, ALL ARE FOR STRONGER CS IN VIETNAM.
I WISH I WISH...............
This particular bike has soon taken me all the way from Hanoi to HCMC and of course with some problems along the way, anyone who tells you different is a liar. Going 2000 km on bumpy roads with these kind of bikes will result in something unexpected but that is all part of the adventure. I will arrive in HCMC in a day or two and I'm looking to sell my bike.
So this bike has a couple of advantages, first of it's 125 cc. Most people in Vietnam go for the Honda Win wich is a decent choice but those extra 25 cc makes quite a difference in some situations. Going uphill for example, you will be overtaking everyone. This bike is also a little bit bigger and sturdier, you sit a little bit higher and a little bit more comfortable. I got a lot of comments and thumbs up during my travels about my bike. This particular bike has a custom made seat wich is thicker than the original one. Your ass will thank you for that when you've gone a couple of hundred kilometers in one go. This bike also comes with a completely new back tire and something as rare as a working speedometer and rpm meter.
This bike also comes with a map, straps for packing, a helmet, lock, and raincover and of course a registration card.
My phonenumber is 01697015163 call me whenever you feel like it or email me here.
The price is 350 USD of course taking a look and giving it a go is free and then we can discuss price.

For a German film production and public TV we are searching for a traditional local family who would like to host a German mother for 10 days, doing the local mom´s work at home. The local mom will be sent on vacations during that time.
This will already be this Year.
It would be perfect to find a family living together with 2-3 generations, doing some family activities at the weekends, having some traditional family business, or interesting hobbies, such as music, dance or something else...
We will pay for all expenses and small compensation!
We then will need some details on the family:
- Please shortly introduce the family’s life, age, religion, jobs, characteristics, particularities, etc.
- What does their daily life look like? do they have hobbies.. etc.
- What is the work the local mother does regularly?
- How is their house?
In the end we also need photos if each person and the house.
Please contact for more information! victoria.baehren@endemol.de
