I
had a missed call from a random number so I called them back and they
said, "long time no talk, let's meet." I asked them for their name and I
had no clue who they were, but I thought it would be embarrassing if it
was someone I didn't remember. So I texted her my address and we met at
a noodle place nearby.
She definitely seemed like a prostitute & said we met at "Bar 51" 7 or 8 months ago. I've never been to that bar and I've only been here 4 or 5 months. After I caught on to her bullsh*t I started leading her on with false information to see if she'd go along with it. Sure enough she did. I caught her in more than enough lies to know that she was sketchy. I left and told her to text me her address if she wanted to meet again. I can't be certain but I think the most plausible conclusions are that:
1.) she was trying to scope my apartment for her friends to rob later.
2.) she is just a lonely girl who gets people's phone numbers & pretends to have met them before as an ice breaker.
Pretty sure it's the former one. Oh, and I don't know how she actually got my number but I'm foolish & trusting enough to list it publicly on my CS profile. Well, not anymore.
Has anyone else had a similar experience?
