Charities Are Services?

Add me. Share this. My Vietnamese friend is misunderstand me. I am trying to explain something to her. She is misreading and misinterpreting me. There are things I want her to understand. I have been trying to explain things to her. I do not know Vietnamese. Her English is not very good. I need help. I need a translator. Email me at OriginalOatmeal@Gmail.com
  • Quân Trương for how much ?
  • Original Oatmeal You want money?
  • Quân Trương at this era, people dont do free stuffs.
  • Original Oatmeal How much money are you being paid for doing Facebook? How much money are you paid for breathing air? How much money do you give your mother when she gives birth to you? How much money do free gifts and presents and lucky money cost?
  • Quân Trương you know what, all the questions above are irrelevant, i'm offering a service, not charity
  • Original Oatmeal Why are services and charity different? Why do you compartmentalize the distinction between the different things? I know and understand the differences between the two. However, there are so many similarities between the two. Services and charity are the same things sometimes.

If a service is free, then it is charity. When charity costs money, it is then therefore a service. My questions are still relevant because it is our choices that determines which things are of charity and which things are of services. Many things are free.

Sometimes, I pay money for food. Sometimes, I get free food. This week, I am living at the Leaf Pagoda. That is the Chua La Go Vap. I am getting free food, water, wifi, friends, laughter, air, cats, mosquitos, and a bed for this whole week for free. People talk to me for free. Gifts are free. Presents are free.

Some of the better things in life are free. Many people say that nothing is free. That is not true. Air is free. Love is free. Friendships are free because you shouldn't just buy your friends.
